Role Overview

Gate Manufacturing Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting operations across multiple business units. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, monitoring plant stock reports, preparing MIS reports, and supporting financial planning and reporting activities. The position plays a critical role in maintaining financial discipline across Solar, Aerospace, and Saudi units.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Accounting Management

- Manage complete accounting operations including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records.

Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial performance summaries.
- Provide financial insights and variance analysis to management.
- Support preparation of financial statements and periodic reporting.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments and monitor accounts payable schedules.
- Track customer receivables and follow up for collections.
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer ledgers.

Inventory & Plant Stock Reporting
- Monitor plant-level stock reports and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with stores and production teams for stock reconciliation.
- Ensure inventory accounting aligns with financial records.

Statutory Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes.




- Maintain statutory records and documentation.

Cross-Unit Financial Coordination
- Consolidate financial data across Solar, Aerospace, and Saudi units.
- Ensure uniform accounting practices across all units.
- Support the finance team in financial planning and reporting activities.

Financial Controls & Process Improvement
- Implement financial control mechanisms to improve accounting accuracy.
- Identify and improve accounting processes and documentation practices.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Budget Monitoring & Expense Control
- Monitor departmental expenses and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets.
- Track financial variances and report significant deviations to management.

Vendor & Banking Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice verification and payment clarifications.
- Support finance team in bank reconciliations and transaction tracking.

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA (preferred)
- 7 – 8 years of experience in accounting roles
- Experience handling end-to-end accounting in manufacturing companies
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
