Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager (Qualified CA / CA Inter / CA Finalist) to oversee finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Bakery, Restaurant, or FMCG industry with strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, compliance, inventory accounting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing.

Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.

Handle audits, tax assessments,



and coordinate with external auditors and consultants.

Monitor inventory accounting, food costing, COGS, and cost control.

Manage accounts payable, receivable, banking, and reconciliations.

Ensure timely vendor payments, payroll accounting, and statutory filings.

Support business expansion through financial planning, budgeting, and process improvements.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.

Experience with ERP/Tally Prime and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience in inventory management and food cost analysis is essential.

Qualification & Experience

Qualified CA / CA Inter / CA Finalist (Candidates pursuing CA with relevant experience may also apply).

5–8 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Bakery, Restaurant, or FMCG industry.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
