Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial operations across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Monitor outlet-wise sales, expenses, service charges, and other financial transactions.
- Review and verify daily sales reports, cash collections, bank deposits, and payment records.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Analyse financial data and provide management with insights for better decision-making.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost control and improved profitability.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory returns and payments.
- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Review invoices, bills, expense claims,



and payment requests before processing.
- Monitor payroll-related financial data and coordinate with HR for accurate salary processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.
- Lead and supervise the finance/accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures to management.
- Support management in financial planning, business analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and financial activities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

Preferred Experience Candidates with prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, F&B;, hotels, or multi-outlet businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
