Job Title: Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, a working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, and a basic understanding of Income Tax provisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally (ERP/Prime)
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance
- Assist in Income Tax computations, advance tax working, and return filing support
- Manage vendor and customer accounts, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory/internal audits
- Maintain proper documentation for tax filings and compliance records

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; M.Com/Inter CA is a plus
- Minimum 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting/taxation
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime
- Hands-on experience with GST provisions, return filing, and reconciliation
- Practical knowledge of TDS provisions, rates, and return filing
- Familiarity with Income Tax concepts and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
