Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS, and general accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
- Prepare and review GST working and file GST returns on time
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing
- Assist in reconciliation of accounts, vendor ledger, and bank statements
- Support in preparation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment entries
- Monitor statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for accounting support
- Assist in month-end closing and audit-related requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records





Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 to 5 years of experience in accounts and taxation
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
- Valuable command over MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

- Experience in ERP/accounting software
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and vendor payment process
