Role Details

- Job Title: Accounts Executive

- Experience Required: 1 to 6 years

- Industry Preference: Manufacturing

- Software Skills: SAP & TALLY

- Location: LB Nagar / Auto Nagar, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable (AP):

- Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims.

- Check purchase orders against goods receipts (3-way matching).

- Release timely payments and manage vendor ledger balances.

- Accounts Receivable (AR):

- Raise customer invoices and track incoming payments.

- Follow up with clients for overdue payments.

- Reconcile customer accounts regularly.

- Bank Reconciliation:

- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations (BRS).

- Clear un-reconciled items and track bank charges.

- Taxation (GST & TDS):

- Compute and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.

- Ensure correct TDS deduction on vendor payments and file TDS returns.





- Handle tax reconciliations and support tax audits.

- SAP Operations:

- Enter financial transactions daily into the SAP system.

- Run financial reports as needed by management.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).

- Experience: 1 to 6 years in core accounting within a manufacturing setup.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working in SAP.

- Knowledge: Robust grasp of Indian GST and TDS rules.

- Soft Skills: Good Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
