Cital Infra Services Private Limited is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin cum Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities

- Proficiency in Excel and Tally to maintain accurate financial records
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and ensure product availability
- Maintain organized records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and other financial documentation
- Engage in professional communication with clients and vendors through phone calls and email
- Handle petty cash and maintain proper documentation
- Attend phone calls, resolve customer queries, and update the order book on a daily basis

Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or its equivalent
- Proficient in managing accounting software, specifically Tally




- Demonstrate solid teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
