- Record sales and purchase entries accurately in Tally Prime/ERP.

- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Perform GST-compliant accounting for sales and purchase transactions.

- Calculate and account for TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on applicable payments such as contractor, qualified, rent, and other expenses.

- Calculate and account for TCS (Tax Collected at Source) on applicable sales transactions as per the Income Tax Act.

- Generate and reconcile TDS/TCS reports, challans, and assist in statutory return filing.

- Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers, bank accounts, and GST records.

- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare MIS reports and support internal and statutory audits.





- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory regulations. TallyPrime supports recording TDS/TCS transactions and automates calculations when configured correctly.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.

- Hands-on experience with sales and purchase accounting.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS calculations.

- Experience in ledger reconciliation and statutory compliance.

- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,773.16 - ₹30,479.83 per month
