Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to handle our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience and robust expertise in Tally software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments).
- Manage invoicing, billing, and voucher entry accurately.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
- Reconcile client and vendor ledgers and follow up on payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and tracking daily cash flow.
- Handle basic GST and TDS entry verification.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of core experience in accounting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 is mandatory.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
