Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Cum Purchase Officer to handle day-to-day accounting and procurement activities for our interior and modular projects. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing vendor coordination, billing, purchase tracking, and account records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and records
- Handle purchase orders and material procurement
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain stock and purchase records
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing
- Track material deliveries and payments
- Assist in GST billing and basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate with project and production teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts and purchasing




- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and billing software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in interiors, furniture, construction, or related industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
