Position: Accounts and Tax Executive

Location: Mapusa

Experience: 1-2 years preferable but freshers can also apply.

Job Role

· PREPARE & FILE GST/INCOME TAX/TDS/VAT RETURNS OF CLIENTS IN A TIMELY & ACCURATE MANNER

· COMPILATION AND FINALISATION OF ACCOUNTS OF CLIENTS

· UNDERTAKE ACCOUNTING AND TAX REVIEW EXERCISES FOR CLIENTS

· COORDINATE AND COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS WITH RESPECT TO DATA, QUERIES SOLVING

· COORDINATE AND COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENT'S AUDITORS, VENDORS, CUSTOMERS

· PROVIDE ON REQUEST SUPPORT SERVICES TO CLIENTS

· PREPARE COMMUNICATIONS, REPLIES TO NOTICES RECEIVED FROM TAX AUTHORITIES

· PREPARE DOCUMENTATION FOR TAX ASSESSMENTS OF CLIENTS

· CONDUCT BALANCE CONFIRMATION AND RECONCILIATION EXERCISES FOR CLIENTS

· ASSIST IN INTERNAL AUDIT AND QUALITY CONTROL REVIEW EXERCISES

· MAINTAINING INVENTORY DATA AND CONDUCTING INVENTORY VERIFICATION FOR CLIENTS

· PREPARATION OF MONTH END/QUARTER END/ YEARLY REPORTS OR CLIENTS

· PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, PROJECT REPORTS FOR CLIENTS

· COMPUTE TAXES AND ASSIST CLIENTS IN PAYMENT OF TAX CHALLANS

· ASSISTING CLIENTS IN TAX AND OTHER BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS LIKE GST, PAN, TAN, MSME ETC

· GUIDE AND TRAIN JUNIOR EXECUTIVES

Skills requirement





· Full accounting knowledge and working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, VAT

· Sharp Analytical skills

· Problem solving skills

· Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure

· Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

· Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

· Well-versed with the latest updates in tax laws and developments affecting businesses

· Self-starter and having a proactive approach to problem solving

· Handling sensitive or confidential information and honesty and integrity

· Abiding by Quality Control

· Ability to meet deadlines and finishing task on time

· Good command over Tally, MS Excel, MS Word, other accounts and tax related utilities and softwares

· Adept in understanding and using IT environment and tools available

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Mapuca, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Accounts and Tax (GST, INCOME TAX, TDS): 2 years (Preferred)
