We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Tax Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support taxation and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm or similar professional environment, with hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting, audits, Tally, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update accounting records accurately.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, returns, and related compliance.
- Assist in audit-related activities and provide required financial documents and records.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and other accounting reports.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal teams as required.





Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm or similar environment.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with GST compliance and return filing.
- Working knowledge of TDS compliance and return filing.
- Experience in audit assistance and documentation.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
