We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts &

- Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our polyclinic. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and Tally ERP to ensure accurate financial records and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.

- Record all financial transactions in Tally ERP.

- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform bank reconciliation and cash book management.

- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

- Prepare GST-related data and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for statutory compliance.

- Maintain fixed asset and expense records.

- Generate MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.





- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

- Prior knowledge of Tally ERP and Bookkeeping is mandatory.

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts &
- Finance (Healthcare experience preferred).

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation will be an added advantage.

- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
