Qualifications

o Fresh graduates are welcome o Ideal for candidates looking to start their career in accounting. Candidates with upto 1 year of any experience preferred o Salary Range: ₹20,000 per month + Incentive (CTC 2,80,000)

o Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop)

o Manage accounts payable: invoice entry, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.

o Maintain accounts receivable: invoice creation, customer payments tracking, and follow-ups.

o Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for Canadian bank accounts.

o Working Days: Monday to Saturday o Job Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Other Policies

Probation & Salary Structure o Probation Period: 3 months o During probation, 15% of monthly salary will be withheld as a security deposit o The withheld amount will be released along with the fourth month's salary o No other deductions will be made from monthly salary





Incentive Program o Rewarding performance beyond fixed pay:

o Monthly Incentive: Up to ₹2,000

o Quarterly Incentive: Up to ₹2,500

o Annual Incentive: Up to ₹5,000

o Diwali cum Stability Bonus: Minimum 50% of monthly salary, up to 100% based on performance

Leave Policy o 12 Paid Leaves annually o 10–12 Indian Holidays observed o Total leave days: Approximately 22–24 per year

Salary Revision o Annual salary revision upon completing 1 year with the company o For Accounting Assistants, salary revision begins after 6 months o Increment percentage is performance-based
