Role Description This is a contract remote role for an Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for tasks such as using accounting software, bookkeeping (to North American Standards), managing finances, handling accounting tasks, and preparing financial statements.

Qualifications

- Accounting Software (Quickbooks) and Bookkeeping skills
- Finance and Accounting knowledge
- Experience in preparing Financial Statements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in the Association and Not-For-Profit sector(s) is a plus
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
- Excellent English written and speaking skills

Other Requirements We are looking to add part-time Manila based contractors to our team. These roles are presently designed to be part-time but could transition into full-time roles as the business needs grow for the right individuals. You must be a reliable self-starter and comfortable working in a remote environment. Schedules may vary by assignment, and we will make every effort to accommodate your existing schedule and commitments for the right individual.



You must have personal access to a computer capable of hosting the latest web browser technology, reliable and reliable high-speed internet that can allow you to participate in video meetings, and a phone or tablet that will allow you to enable two-factor authentication as part of our login and security process.

We will be holding brief video interviews in the coming weeks, and finalist candidates will be asked to attend an in-person meeting during the period of April 22-30th. Please note that references and credentials will be verified locally prior to any offer being extended. As these will be contract roles, contractors will be required to comply with all business laws and taxation requirements in their jurisdiction.
