H U Thakrar & Co. is a Chartered Accountancy firm providing outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial management services to clients across India and overseas. We are looking for a motivated Accounting Executive to join our growing outsourcing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts for international clients.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and working papers.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other cloud-based applications.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, Semi-Qualified CA, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or outsourcing services.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks,



Xero or similar accounting software will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn international accounting practices.
