Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain customer and vendor invoices.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate ledger entries and financial records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Track project-related expenses, purchases, and revenues.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and management reporting.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required.




- Maintain proper documentation for financial and statutory records.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, sales, and management teams for financial requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in accounting .
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience in invoice preparation and accounting operations .
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office .
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
