Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP, including bank and billing entries, with accuracy.
· Provide prompt responses against customer orders after verifying client payment status.
· Confirm payments received and ensure timely payment processing and accounting.
· Handle bank reconciliation, dealer billing, collections, vendor invoices, and payment schedules.
· Monitor dealer outstanding and ageing, conduct follow-ups, prepare MIS reports,
Eligibility
- B.Com/M.Com with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Construction industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of ledger scrutiny and bank reconciliation.
- Experience in dealer billing and vendor reconciliation.
