Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the organization’s financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and financial records accurately.
- Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements, including GST and TDS where applicable.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.




- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar platforms.
