NWe are hiring experiencedFinance professionals for a Lease & Fixed Asset Accounting role with one of the leading global organizations.

NKey Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities.
N
- Manage Lease Accountingtransactions in accordance with accounting standards.
N
- Handle Fixed Asset Accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and asset reconciliations.
N
- Support FP&A; Reporting,including preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and management reporting.
N
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
N
- Prepare account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of open items.
N
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
N




- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
N

nMandatory Skills

- Strong experiencein RTR (Record to Report).
N
- Hands-on experience in Lease Accounting.
N
- Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.
N
- Exposure to FP&A; Reporting.
N
- SAP experience is mandatory.
N
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
N
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
N

nEligibility

- Experience: Relevant experience in RTR, Lease Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and FP&A; Reporting.
N
- Education: B.Com, BBA, BMS, or any Finance Graduate.
N
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period.
