Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support financial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and meet statutory deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record journal entries, ledger postings, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Verify invoices, purchase bills, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance,



or a related field.
- MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
