Job Summary

Rai Sachin & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage accounting records, taxation compliance, and financial reporting activities for clients. The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting software, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance work.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP and other accounting software.
- Prepare vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliation statements, and financial records.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Prepare TDS workings and assist in TDS return filing.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, audit schedules, and supporting documents.
- Handle accounting entries related to sales, purchases, expenses, payroll, and journal transactions.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting data and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support audit, income tax, GST, ROC, and other statutory assignments.




- Perform other accounting and compliance-related tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or CA firm work preferred.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic company law compliance.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary ₹8,000 – ₹11,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, and practical knowledge.
