Role & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime.

- Record Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, Journal, and Contra vouchers.

- Generate and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.

- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports using Microsoft Excel.

- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.

- Monitor and process vendor payments and customer collections.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase orders, invoices, and payment approvals.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

- Maintain inventory records and perform stock reconciliation.

- Track raw materials, accessories, finished goods, and inventory movements.

- Coordinate with the Stores, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

- Verify inventory transactions, stock adjustments,



and physical stock counts.

- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent.

- 35 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in the Garment, Textile, Fashion Manufacturing, or Export Industry.

- Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Inventory Management.

- Experience in stock reconciliation, inventory accounting, and manufacturing accounting.

- Ability to prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and accounting schedules.

- Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Experience coordinating with Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and cross-functional teams.
