The role requires hands-on experience in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems and basic exposure to manufacturing or trading accounts.

Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP / Tally

Handle Accounts Payable (vendor payments) and Accounts Receivable (customer collections)

Prepare and file GST and TDS returns

Perform bank reconciliation

Support monthly closing activities

Maintain purchase, sales, and inventory-related entries

Track vendor outstanding and payment schedules





Assist in preparing P&L; and Balance Sheet

Coordinate with CA and auditors for compliance and documentation

Maintain proper accounting records as per company policies Required Skills & Qualifications B.Com or equivalent qualification

2-4 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing / trading setup)

Working knowledge of GST, TDS compliance

Hands-on experience in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP

Basic to positive Excel knowledge

Strong attention to detail and responsibility toward deadlines Preferred (Good to Have) Experience handling inventory accounting

Exposure to purchase accounting in manufacturing/trading
