Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.





Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, assisting with payroll processing, and ensuring timely payment cycles. The role also involves preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting in the preparation of statutory filings and tax documentation in compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software Zoho books and MS Excel
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll assistance
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and statutory financial requirements.
- Prior experience in an IT or services-based organization is preferred but not mandatory.
