Role Description This is a full-time, in office Accountant role based in Ghaziabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, recording transactions, and maintaining accurate general ledgers.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual closings. The role also involves supporting budgeting and cost control, preparing basic financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations,



and internal policies. The Accountant will collaborate with operations and procurement teams to verify financial data, support audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance financial transparency and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in core accounting functions, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of taxation, compliance with local statutory requirements, and familiarity with audit processes.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, or similar), as well as MS Excel for analyses and documentation.
- Effective analytical and numerical skills to interpret financial data, monitor costs, and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and procurement teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
