About IncrediPets

IncrediPets (Incredipets.app) is a rapid-growing pet care services company delivering training, grooming, and pet care solutions across India. As we scale, we need a strong finance backbone: accurate books, on-time statutory compliance, and clean reporting.

Role: Accountant (Full-time, On-site, Gurgaon)

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who can independently own day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance end to end.

Compensation

CTC: up to Rs. 7 LPA (gross), commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

Independently prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and handle reconciliations (GSTR-2B vs books).

Independently manage TDS: deduction, monthly deposits, quarterly returns (24Q/26Q), and Form 16/16A issuance.

Own day-to-day bookkeeping: ledgers, journal entries, bank reconciliations, vendor and customer accounts.

Manage invoicing, payables/receivables, and expense processing.





Support monthly closing, MIS reports, and cash-flow tracking.

Coordinate with external CA/auditors for audits, filings, and assessments.

Support payroll accounting and statutory payments (PF/ESI coordination).

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience.

Proven expertise in GST and TDS filing: must be able to file independently, without external support.

Strong working knowledge of Tally/accounting software and Excel.

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Based in or willing to work on-site in Gurgaon (this is not a remote/hybrid role).
