NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software, and excellent analytical skills to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately. You'll work with the directly with a Finance Manager, CFO and with even the management team.

NResponsibilities:

- Bookkeeping & entries
N
- Daily entries in Zoho Books — vendor bills, expense vouchers, bank transactions tagging
N
- PO-linked purchase processing — every bill must be matched to a Purchase Order before booking
N
- Process vendor bills asper approval matrix before entry
N
- Maintain chart of accounts discipline
N
- Apt with Reconciliations - payment gateway, bank and GST
N
- Assist in GST, TDS,



andother statutory compliance activities
N
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
N
- Take complete ownershipfor Month-end closing
N
- Maintain Fixed asset register and inventory registers on ERP
N
- Support internal and external audit requirements
N
- Prepare data for monthly MIS as directed by Finance Manager / CFO
N

nQualifications:

N

n
- B.Com or M.Com with 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, OR
N
- CA Inter / ACCA is an added advantage Must-have skills
N
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation principles
N
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and Zoho Books
N
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
N
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
N
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and AI basics
N
- Attention to detail andaccuracy
N
- Good coordination and teamwork skills
N
- Experience in hospitality, co-living, or real estate accounting is an added bonus
