Role & responsibilities :
- Project Cost Accounting: Track site-wise expenses, monitor Bill of Quantities (BOQ) vs. actual spend, and analyze project profitability.
- Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Maintain daily purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense vouchers using ERP or Tally software.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculations, and vendor reconciliations.
- Vendor Management: Verify procurement bills with project teams and schedule timely sub-contractor and material supplier payments.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 3 or more years of background handling accounts in infrastructure, electrical, or solar EPC sectors.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
