Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

- Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

- Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and controls

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred

- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/Ind AS) and taxation laws

- Proficiency in accounting software Tally





- Advanced skills in MS Excel.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP systems

- Prior experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, IT services]

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
