Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Azamgarh. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing vouchers, and reconciling bank accounts.

The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The Accountant will ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements, assist with GST and other statutory filings, and support internal and external audits. The role also includes coordinating with operations and management to provide timely financial reports, cost analyses, and budget inputs,



while maintaining accurate and organized documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.
- Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software and MS Excel, including data entry, reconciliations, and report generation.
- Candidates should possess competency in tax compliance and regulatory processes, such as GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Candidates should possess abilities in financial analysis, budgeting support, and cost tracking related to export and trading activities.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume workplace.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in accounting, preferably within export, manufacturing, or trading companies, will be considered beneficial.
