7 Course Mart is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage the financial records and statutory compliances of clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, Income Tax, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting , along with a strong understanding of Indian taxation laws. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end accounting, GST compliance, Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, and financial advisory support for multiple clients.

Key Responsibility

- Maintain books of accounts for clients using Tally Prime .
- Record and verify purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal and bank entries.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Handle GST registration, GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns), reconciliations, and GST compliance .
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, proprietorships, partnership firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Calculate and file TDS returns , maintain TDS records, and ensure timely compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage payroll accounting and statutory deductions where applicable.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and government departments for assessments and compliance matters.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory deadlines.
- Provide clients with accurate financial reports, tax planning support, and basic financial guidance.




- Maintain confidentiality of all client financial data and documents.

Required Skills and Qualification

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime .
- Excellent understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Indian accounting standards .
- Experience in filing ITRs for individuals and business entities.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience working in a CA firm or accounting consultancy.
- Knowledge of MCA, ROC, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software other than Tally is a plus.
