About The Role BrightEdge is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to spearhead its engagement with industry analysts and shape the perception of its offerings within the enterprise software market. In this strategic role, you will develop and maintain relationships with key analysts from firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and ISG, influencing how BrightEdge is positioned in the AI search and digital visibility space.
Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives, preparing executives for analyst interactions, and managing participation in industry evaluations like Magic Quadrants and Wave reports. This role offers high visibility within the organization and provides a unique chance to influence industry standards and enterprise buying decisions through strategic analyst engagement.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, or management consulting. Prior direct experience in analyst relations is highly preferred.
Strong business writing skills are essential, with the ability to distill complex technical capabilities into clear, evidence-backed arguments. Candidates should demonstrate executive presence and confidence when engaging with senior leadership and industry analysts. Comfort with enterprise software, search, or MarTech is required,
along with excellent project management skills to handle multiple evaluation cycles and deadlines.
A willingness to work US Eastern hours is necessary. Additional qualifications include an MBA from a top-tier institution or a master’s degree in communications or a related field, and experience engaging with top industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.
Responsibilities As an Analyst Relations Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing and nurturing analyst relationships by maintaining a comprehensive analyst relationship map and executing an engagement calendar that includes briefings, inquiries, demonstrations, and strategic sessions. You will be responsible for building and sustaining ongoing relationships with key analysts, ensuring continuous engagement beyond evaluation periods.
You will develop and promote the category narrative for AI search visibility, positioning BrightEdge as a leader within this emerging space. This involves translating product capabilities and proprietary data into credible, evidence-based arguments that resonate with analysts, who prioritize proof over marketing claims. Collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Product Management, you will ensure external narratives accurately reflect product developments and strategic positioning.
You will own the company's participation in industry evaluations such as Magic Quadrants, Wave reports, and Market Guides. This includes managing the entire submission process—from RFIs to evidence packs, reference customer coordination, and demo narratives. Preparing executives and subject matter experts for analyst meetings by creating briefing documents,
decks, and talking points is also a key aspect of this role.
Additionally, tracking evaluation calendars and flagging submission windows early will be critical to avoid missing important cycles.
You will monitor and synthesize analyst research on search and AI search categories, providing strategic insights to leadership. Reporting on engagement activities, coverage, evaluation outcomes, and how BrightEdge is characterized in research will help measure the effectiveness of analyst relations efforts. Supporting analyst events, executive roundtables, and product launches will further enhance BrightEdge’s industry presence.
Acting as a liaison with the PR agency for media inquiries and technical questions will ensure a cohesive external communication strategy.
Benefits Joining BrightEdge offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering company at the forefront of AI and search technology. You will have the chance to shape an emerging industry category and influence how enterprise organizations understand digital visibility.
Working closely with senior leadership provides a unique platform for strategic impact and professional growth. The role also offers the flexibility of remote work within India, allowing you to collaborate with a global team and maintain a healthy work-life balance. BrightEdge values innovation, strategic thinking, and leadership, making it an ideal environment for professionals seeking to develop a specialized and high-impact skill set in enterprise SaaS and analyst relations.
