Role Description The Marketing Department Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote TickoraDesk’s platform and brand. This role involves coordinating campaigns across digital channels, assisting with content creation, and collaborating with sales and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging.

The specialist will conduct basic market research, help maintain marketing assets, track campaign performance, and prepare reports that inform strategy and decision-making. Day-to-day tasks may include managing email marketing lists, updating website or social media content, supporting event or webinar promotion,



and helping ensure that marketing activities align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for clear written and verbal messaging, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder updates.
- Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret customer, competitor, and industry data that informs marketing initiatives.
- Sales-related skills to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals, support lead generation, and collaborate effectively with revenue teams.
- Marketing Strategy skills to assist in planning campaigns, positioning the brand, and optimizing channel performance.
- Customer Service skills to understand support workflows, empathize with user needs, and reflect customer-centric values in marketing activities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics dashboards) and basic data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in SaaS, customer support software, or B2B technology environments is a plus.
