Job Summary

MACIN REMEDIES INDIA LTD. is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the company’s accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and banking operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, accounting standards, audits, payroll management, and financial controls, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete accounting operations of the organization.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, cash flow, and financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger management.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.




- Monitor financial controls and implement process improvements where required.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Extensive experience in finalization of accounts and audit procedures.
- Sound knowledge of banking operations and financial management.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
