NOcean Finvest India Pvt. Ltd. is a SEBI-registered investment advisor (INA000020369) serving 6,000+ client families since 2014. We build inXits, our proprietary wealth-advisory platform. We're 33 people and scaling across Gujarat and Mumbai.

NWe're looking for an Accounts Executive to own day-to-day finance operations and grow with the function as the business scales.

NWhat you'll do

n- Maintain books in Tally — journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank and ledger reconciliation

N- Handle accounts payableand receivable, vendor payments, and follow-ups

N- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), handle TDS deduction, payment and quarterly returns

N- Process payroll inputs,reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, PT, ESIC)





N- Manage advisory fee billing and receipt reconciliation across the client book

N- Support monthly closing, MIS preparation, and management reporting

N- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audit

N- Assist with SEBI-related financial reporting and net-worth certification inputs

N- Maintain clean documentation and audit trails

NWho we're looking for

n- 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience

N- B.Com / M.Com;

CA Inter or CMA Inter candidates strongly preferred

N- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and advanced Excel

N- Practical familiarity with GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance

N- Accuracy under deadlinepressure — month-end and quarter-end don't move

N- Ability to work independently and flag issues early rather than late

N- Financial services or NBFC/broking experience is an advantage, not a requirement
