Hiring: Accounts Expert (Tally & Excel Specialist)

We at Consign Space Solutions are looking for a detail-oriented, driven Accounts Professional to manage our daily financial operations and statutory compliances. If you have a rock-solid grip on Tally, advanced Excel, and taxation, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Core Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounts, ledger bookkeeping, and financial data entry using Tally.
- Compliance & Taxation: Handle end-to-end GST filing, E-Way bills, and E-Invoicing accurately.
- Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, including PF & ESI calculation, deductions, and timely compliance filings.
- Data Reporting: Utilize Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) to maintain error-free financial reports and sheets.

What We Are Looking For:

- Software Expertise:



Advanced proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Taxation & Payroll: Hands-on experience with GST, E-Invoicing, PF, and ESI laws and portals.
- Preferred Skill: Previous working knowledge of Computax is a huge plus.
- Communication: Clear/average English communication skills (both written and verbal) to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Jaipur.
