Job Summary

The Account Manager, Gujarat role is responsible for driving the primary and secondary revenue for Gujarat region.

This position reports to the Zonal Sales Manager-West APT and is part of the Sales Function located at Ahmedabad and will be a fully Customer facing role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Drive new business growth through lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by building strong relationships and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

- Monitor and optimize channel partner inventory levels to ensure product availability and healthy stock management.

- Manage accounts receivable, collections, and credit control to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize overdue payments.

- Develop sales pipelines through market research, customer visits, chance management, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.

- Manage customer and channel partner contracts, commercial agreements, pricing,



and business reviews to maximize mutual value.

- Conduct business with integrity and ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- 5-7 years of sales experience with a strong track record in Medical devices/Diagnostic equipment to hospitals /clinical laboratories.

- Bachelor s Degree with Science background / Diploma/Degree in Medical instrumentation is desirable

- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications, using a CRM application such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.com
