We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to independently manage accounting operations and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and Income Tax (ITR), with the ability to handle multiple accounting functions accurately and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Prepare, reconcile, and analyze financial data using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, etc.).

Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) matching.

Manage TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings.

Assist with Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.

Support investment-related tax documentation and compliance.

Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, and Income Tax statutory deadlines.

Coordinate with clients, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Prepare MIS reports, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.





Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial records.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.

Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Taxation, and ITR Filing.

Expert proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF Functions, Data Analysis).

Good understanding of statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Familiarity with the GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, and TRACES.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Taxation.

Experience handling multiple client accounts independently.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR Filing, Investment Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.

Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Trading, Import & Export, CA Firm, or Accounting Consultancy will be an advantage.

Ability to work under deadlines during tax filing periods.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Willing to work from Fort, Mumbai.
