For nine years, we've helped growers save water, fertilizer, and labour through controller-based automation, delivered via a dealer network across Maharashtra and beyond. We're headquartered in Nashik and preparing for our next stage of growth.

The role You'll own our day-to-day books and keep them clean, current, and reconciled. This is a hands-on role reporting to our Finance & Operations lead, with real responsibility for the numbers a growing company runs on. What you'll do

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books: invoices, bills, expenses, and payments

Perform weekly bank reconciliations and statement imports

Raise customer invoices on time and follow up on receivables with the sales team





Maintain accurate records of customer advances, order book, and revenue recognition

Prepare GST and TDS workings with our CA; process vendor payments

Produce monthly cash, receivables, and payables reports for management What we're looking for

B.Com graduate (required) with 0–2 years of hands-on accounting experience

Zoho Books experience strongly preferred (solid Tally users welcome)

Working knowledge of GST and TDS; strong Excel / Google Sheets
