We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to independently manage our accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting functions. This is a high-ownership role offering excellent exposure to the complete finance operations of a rapidly growing AI company.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce.
- Experience: 1 –4 years of relevant experience in accounting. This role is intended for early-career professionals looking to grow with a fast-paced AI startup.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, GST, TDS, payroll, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Office 365 , and the GST Portal . Experience with accounting automation tools and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience in preparing financial statements, Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, MIS reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Solid analytical, organizational, problem-solving,



and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, financial records, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Record transactions accurately in Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Handle client invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, employee reimbursements, office expenses, and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and other management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, statutory regulations, and coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Prepare working data and documents for GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Prepare TDS deductions, payments, returns, Income Tax requirements, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor company cash flow, working capital, project profitability, budgets, and overall financial performance while providing meaningful financial insights to management.
- Maintain accounting registers, statutory records, fixed asset registers, payroll records,



and financial documentation across multiple business entities and internal projects.
- Support annual financial closing, statutory audits, tax assessments, banking requirements, and financial due diligence.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, automate accounting processes, optimize costs, and strengthen the company's financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
