As an accountant at Define Labs, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record and analyze financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Handle monthly and yearly financial closing tasks by reconciling accounts to ensure the accuracy of all financial information.
- Oversee bank account reconciliations, petty cash management, and credit card expense reviews.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations,



including GAAP and tax laws.
- Support in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission to tax authorities.
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
- Provide financial analysis, reports, and presentations to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors : Full-time BCom/BBA in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Masters : Full time MCom/MBA in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Experience: 0-6 Months experience in Accounting

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
