Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in the construction industry to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support project financial operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, and construction-related accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure proper bookkeeping.
- Handle Petty Cash management and maintain proper records of expenses.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounting entries in Tally ERP and maintain updated financial records.
- Prepare and verify Bills Receivable and Payable related to project activities.
- Assist in GST filing, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain purchase invoices, vendor payments, and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with Head Office Accounts Team for accounting transactions and payment clearances.




- Track and monitor project-wise cash flow and fund utilisation.
- Support financial reporting and documentation required for audits.
- Maintain records of project expenses, materials purchases, and contractor payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation of all accounting records as per company policies.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Experience in Tally ERP / Accounting Software
- Knowledge of GST and statutory compliance
- Good knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Bookkeeping
- Robust skills in Advanced Excel
- Understanding of Construction Project Accounting
- Good communication and coordination skills

Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Accounts (Construction Industry preferred)
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant qualification
- Experience in handling project accounts and vendor payments will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
