Job Title: Account Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Executive. The role is focused on optimizing the ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Account, Taxation, GST, TDS on Tally Software:

Act as the central point of coordination for the Financial Transaction activities. Monitor emails, prioritize correspondence, maintain records.
- Team Coordination & Operations Support:

Assist in overseeing day-to-day transaction by coordinating with small teams and departments. Follow up on task progress, ensure deadlines are met, and help maintain a smooth workflow across the office.
- Stakeholder Communication:

Handle qualified correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining strong, courteous relationships.



Act as a liaison between the Director and various departments, authorities, and business contacts. -Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (related fields preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in an accountant executive or administrative management role is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office management tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
