- Guides the Account Managers & team members to track upcoming news stories and proactive pitching for placement of clients' messages

- Drives new business through participating in and leading client pitches specific to social and web strategies, investigative research, campaign analysis,monitoring, etc

- Directs the Account Managers in client retention, improvement of Client
