Role Description The ACCA Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The faculty member will be responsible for planning and delivering ACCA course lectures, explaining concepts clearly, and ensuring syllabus coverage within defined timelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and study materials, teaching in classroom sessions, conducting test series, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves resolving student doubts, guiding learners on exam strategies, and participating in academic planning meetings to improve course delivery. The ACCA Faculty is also expected to support mentorship initiatives, maintain classroom discipline,



and contribute to the institute’s culture of academic excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ACCA curriculum and related accounting, finance, and auditing concepts, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and structured manner.
- Demonstrated teaching, training, or coaching skills, including classroom management, lesson planning, and effective use of examples and case studies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clear explanation, active listening, and engaging interaction with students.
- Ability to design assessments, evaluate answer scripts, analyze student performance, and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Proficiency in using teaching aids and basic educational technology (presentations, online platforms, recorded lectures) to support blended learning.
- Professional ACCA qualification (completed or near completion) or equivalent professional degree in commerce, finance, or accounting; prior teaching experience with ACCA or similar professional courses is highly desirable.
- Student-centric mindset, patience, and commitment to mentorship, including supporting doubt-solving, exam guidance, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members and administration, adhere to academic schedules, and maintain high ethical and skilled standards.
