About the Role

At SSEI, the Academic function goes far beyond scheduling classes. It is responsible for building academic systems, enabling faculty, executing university partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional learning experience for students.

We are looking for an Academic Operations Associate to work closely with the Academic & Faculty Manager in driving end-to-end academic execution across professional education programs and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end academic operations across professional education programs.
- Coordinate faculty onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Drive execution for B2B university partnerships and academic collaborations.
- Maintain academic trackers, project plans, execution dashboards, and operational MIS.
- Coordinate curriculum development, study material creation, recordings, and academic content workflows.
- Work closely with faculty, internal stakeholders, and institutional partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Support faculty hiring, interview coordination, onboarding, and engagement activities.
- Assist in planning current academic initiatives, program launches, and operational projects.




- Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
- Contribute to building scalable academic processes and operational frameworks.

Desired Candidate We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and enjoys solving operational challenges.

Candidates with qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, CFA (completed or pursuing), MBA (Finance), M.Com, or other finance-related backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in Academic Operations, EdTech, Higher Education, Program Management, or similar roles will be an added advantage.
