Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Academic Sales Counsellor to convert student inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead conversion, or admission counselling in the EdTech or education industry. This is a target-oriented sales role and not a student welfare or psychological counselling position.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential Customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Research and identify potential Sales opportunities.
- Shortlist and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.

Requirements:





- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Edtech or Educational services.
- Strong Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
