Responsibilities International Academic Counsellor (PhD, Doctorate & Honorary Doctorate)
- Counsel prospective international students and working professionals regarding PhD, Doctorate, Honorary Doctorate, DBA, and Executive Doctorate programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to drive admissions.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career objectives, and professional experience to recommend the most suitable academic program.
- Provide end-to-end admission counselling, including eligibility assessment, university selection, application guidance, documentation, and enrollment support.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective students by delivering exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups.
