Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct career guidance webinars for parents & students.
- Counsel parents through calls, WhatsApp, and online/offline meetings.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Inside Sales preferred.
- Confident in conducting webinars and one-to-one counselling sessions.
- Target-oriented with a passion for education.
